The Philippine Young Leaders' Convergence (PYLC) is an annual beacon of youth-driven change, empowerment, and sustainable development. Serving as a platform for young leaders to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and learn, PYLC embodies the power of youth in shaping the future.

Established to empower young minds, PYLC celebrates its fifth year as a hallmark event uniting diverse voices under the common purpose of igniting impact. Championing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), PYLC equips young leaders through discussions, workshops, talks, and immersive experiences, enabling them to drive change in their communities and beyond.

PYLC has evolved into an ecosystem where emerging leaders connect with established change-makers, sharing insights and driving collective action. Addressing issues from environmental sustainability to gender equality, PYLC propels tangible actions that uplift lives and contribute to a more sustainable world.

More than an event, PYLC is a movement – a rallying point for young leaders who dare to dream, strive to create, and empower change.

The 5th Philippine Young Leaders' Convergence, to be held on February 16-20, 2024 in the Province of Misamis Occidental, is jointly organized by the Global Institute for Youth Development, Inc., the Municipal Government of Clarin, Misamis Occidental, and the Clarin, Misamis Occidental SK Federation.
